Stella joined LEGO as Marketing VP since February, 2022. She is responsible for leading LEGO China Marketing Team to achieve LEGO Brand development in China, through driving full-year-round campaigns, social & media activations, membership excellence and retail experience. She is also key member of LEGO global leadership team on marketing and portfolio value chain.
Stella is a very experienced marketing leader with over 25 years’ track record. She worked all her way up from marketing frontline and accumulated a strong track record with a variety of business segments and channel mix. Her industry expertise covers different industries including toy, beauty, food, pet food, baby toiletry and OTC.
Before joining LEGO China, she was the GM for Professional Skin BU in J&J Consumer Group, where she supported the business turn-around and developed a long-term new business model to drive sustainable growth. Stella has abundant brand experience working with different brands, including Mars Royal Canin, Danone, Kjeldsens, Avon, etc. Throughout her career, she has also got the opportunity to take up P&L responsibilities by leading offline sales and e-commerce.
Stella is skilled in Marketing Management, channel management, brand Management, and overall Strategy. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from JiaoTong University & Australia SunShine coast university.
