Ms. Wang Luowei currently serves as the head of the Department of Branding and Communications at the China Foundation for Rural Development (CFRD). In this role, she leads the formulation of the organization’s brand strategy and communication tactics, organizes and supports the promotion of both institutional and project brands, expands communication resources, and continuously enhances the organization’s influence and credibility.
Ms. Wang graduated in 2004 from the School of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Minzu University of China. She joined CFRD (formerly the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation) in 2010, and has since held various roles in the Department of Disaster Relief, Department of Health Development, Department of Branding and Communications. She is currently the Deputy Director of the Department of Branding and Communications. Over the years, she has been responsible for project execution, project management, project branding & communications, and project fundraising, gaining considerable experience in philanthropic project management and communications.
Ms. Wang has always been passionate and innovative about the philanthropic industry and philanthropic communications. She leads the department with the goal of “precision communications and targeted impact”, following the principles of “warmth, height, and strength”, and concentrating on the “Five Key Influences” , which is always aimed at increasing the impacts of CFRD.
